How much is the @flashcatalyst source code?

Since Adobe plans not continuing Flash Catalyst CSx I wonder how much the source code is? Flex needs an interaction design tool like Flash Catalyst which supports the Designer/Developer Contract introduced with CS5.5 and Flex 4.x

        Ah yeah ... and how much money would it cost to maintain and improve the "Design View" in future versions of Flash Builder?
